Addnode Group acquires Efficture AB, which will be incorporated into Icebound AB

Icebound, a company within the Process Management division, announced today that it has acquired Efficture. The company operates in Sweden and has net sales of 1.5 million kronor.

Efficture’s proprietary software for forestry and timber management strengthens Icebound’s offering and market position as an international player in digital solutions for the forestry industry and other basic industries.

Efficture will become part of Addnode Group’s company Icebound and will be consolidated starting in January 2024.
