TimberTrack Contractor is a type of case management system fully tailored to forestry operations planned in TimberTrack and the contractor’s work reported via the machine’s computer or through a mobile app or web interface. All updates and status changes are immediately visible to the other party.

All tasks can be planned and assigned to one or more contractors. When a contractor is logged in to their client account, they can view their assignments in a list and on a map. From there, they can see basic information, site directives, site maps, and more.

Route Monitoring and Deviations

The contractor regularly updates the status as “in progress” or “completed” and, once finished, can respond to follow-up questions. All compliance and any deviations are immediately visible to the planner on the map, who can easily generate reports for follow-up and quality assurance.
