ProLocate Grönyta is a comprehensive solution for managing park and green space maintenance both in the field and in the office.

View your work areas on the map, report obstacles and damage, and log completed activities—all to create a simple and well-organized operation.

ProLocate is a cloud-based system that uses mobile devices and apps to track and store locations, distances, times, activities, and events in real time.

The customer/client receives faster responses and service. Planning and executing the work becomes easier thanks to the visibility provided by the map, which offers clearer and better information. Operations are displayed in real time, resulting in fewer misunderstandings and a better basis for decision-making. You’ll receive an analysis of efficiency by machine type and work area.

The map is key

The map and location are central to both the web and mobile clients. Use the included maps for accurate planning, execution, and follow-up.

The app is easy to use. Swipe the screen sideways from the registration view to access the map. There, you can view work areas and tasks. You can also search for work areas by address. For each area, you’ll see descriptions and any maintenance instructions. Easily report obstacles or issues through the app, such as fallen trees, damage to the grass, vehicles blocking the way, and more.

Finance & Billing

Create simple and effective billing documents by viewing completed assignments and activities in the business at a glance. All recorded data can be linked to specific items, such as distance traveled for various activities, times, and other details

Case Management – Register, manage, and resolve cases directly in the system.

Field workers can easily report defects and issues from their app. The supervisor can then assess what actions need to be taken and easily assign them to field workers for resolution. Field workers receive the case directly in their app, along with a map location and description.

View the operation’s production progress in real time

The maintenance tasks change color as they are completed. All team members can see what has been done and what remains to be done—for example, when mowing the lawn or flushing drains. This allows the group to quickly and easily see what remains, ensuring that resources are used as efficiently as possible.
