The various layers represent: the Habitats Directive, the Habitats Directive—Rivers, Wildlife and Plant Protection Areas, the Birds Directive, Cultural Reserves, National Parks, Nature Reserves, Water Protection Areas, Ramsar Sites, Biosphere Reserves, Interim Prohibitions, Natural Monuments, Nature Conservation Areas, and Biotope Protection Areas.
All occurrences are indicated with specific, described colors and patterns/symbols. The map/service can display information about each object in text and numerical values.
