Map Visualization for a More Clear Customer Dialogue<\/p>\n<\/h1>\n

Svensk Direktreklam and Icebound have enjoyed a long-standing partnership that has only grown stronger over the years. When the time came in 2019 for Svensk Direktreklam to upgrade its mapping solution, it was an obvious choice for them to do so in collaboration with their current partner, Icebound <\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Custom Map Solution<\/h3>\n

To manage and visualize its delivery districts, a customized solution was needed, and the project to develop the application\u2014based on the AddSpatial GIS platform<\/a>\u2014took one year to complete. For several years now, all of Svensk Direktreklam\u2019s regional offices have been using the map in their daily work. <\/p>\n

Better Customer Communication<\/h3>\n

“We\u2019ve had a very productive dialogue, both during the project and now that we\u2019ve moved into the management phase\u2014something we value very highly! Since this is a business-critical solution for our organization, we need quick responses and action if anything happens\u2014and Icebound has really delivered in that regard<\/em>,\u201d<\/em> says Linda Hammarling, Head of Production Management at Svensk Direktreklam.<\/p>\n

The single biggest and most important benefit that Svensk Direktreklam has achieved since the upgraded solution was implemented is that the workflow and communication with customers have become much clearer. The ability to show customers exactly what the districts look like on a map\u2014and to let them mark their selections directly on the map\u2014significantly simplifies processes, something that customers also appreciate.
